Press spindle bearing wear and repair

Presses, common equipment in industrial production. The main shaft of the press is the core part of the press, and the repair of the spindle bearing position has always been one of the hot issues that the company is very concerned about. Regarding the repair process of the spindle, from the traditional to the modern new technology, has always been the focus.
An abnormality occurred in the operation of the spindle of the 2# press in a coffee slag treatment workshop. After the shutdown inspection, it was found that the inlet of the equipment entered the steel pipe, and the interaction between the spindle blade and the filter wall caused the deep defect of the crushing mesh wall, resulting in the entire spindle. The axial displacement is formed, and the axial force generated by the action of the helical blade of the main shaft is also large due to the large torque force, so that the thrust bearing on the transmission side is crushed and crushed, and the friction between the main shaft and the main shaft is severely worn.
After the equipment has problems, the organization organizes the disassembly and inspection of the transmission side support components and the motor. After disassembly, it is found that the outer ring of the thrust bearing in the bearing housing has completely broken, and the broken bearing also causes serious damage to the bearing housing and cannot be used. After disassembling the bearing, it was found that the bearing position had been severely worn and could not be restored. Since the equipment is imported from Germany and there is no such large imported spare parts, it can only be repaired. The company contacted the external staff to understand the repair method. No enterprise can use it to repair the traditional technology and it can not guarantee the effect.
